Thanks for buying from the sex-emo.com webstore. We ship out generally within a day or two within your order. Sometimes depending on our own volume of orders, it could take up to a week. You will always have a tracking number included once it is shipped to you.

If you have made a purchase and not received your order after 2 weeks, send us an e-mail (e@sex-emo.com). Sometimes orders get lost, either at the post office or maybe we dropped it on the ground and didn’t notice it. Either way, we would like to fix it as soon as possible.

If you need to e-mail us about a missing order, include the order number so we can locate and figure it out as soon as possible.

Returns

We accept returns if your order is significantly damaged or is the incorrect item you purchased on the store. In either instance, we will send you a replacement free of charge. You do not have to return the damaged/wrong item.

In the case that you ordered the wrong item (wrong size, wrong graphic), we can send you a replacement, but you will have to send the original item/s back, and pay for shipping for said replacement.

Please be sure to use a secure shipping address for your order, including apartment numbers, etc.  Sex-emo.com is not able to refund lost or stolen items. Orders that get returned to us due to insufficient address can be resent, but you will have to pay for any additional shipping.

Exchanges

We do not make exchanges, unless we sent you the wrong thing; in that case, refer to to the Returns section above.

Refunds

We only issue refunds on the grounds that your order is significantly damaged or is the incorrect item that you purchased on the store. We prefer to send you a replacement, free of charge, but if you are unhappy with that, you can e-mail us at e@sex-emo.com and we can offer a refund.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items or re-shipped packages due to incorrectly ordering an item or incorrect address.
